A Winterfest Thank You!
We at House Argent Aspis would like to thank the following:
CHE Controller, Elidi
For setting up our Props and Raffle tables throughout Icemule Trace. For adding the smallest of small things to bring out the roleplay for Winterfest! For finding Lady Irelain for us so folks could get their outfits worked on for the Yule Ball. For being you.
Frost King and Queen Nominees
To Mischung, Rattas, Femereff, Jastalyn, Nehoretta, Rozy, and Whisp. Your enthusiasm and eagerness showed.
Icemule Trace Mayor Tawariell
Thank you for gracing us with your presence and speech at the crowning of Frost King and Queen. It was an honor.
ICICLE
For partnering up with Argent Aspis this year. Icemule Trace should be glad to have an MHO such as this. For the boxes put together for the "Super Secret Snowflake Salvage Supplies" event. I was watching a lot of boxes being sold. Well done!
Fenog's Regulars
The "Winter Celebration" event that kicked us off on day two was exciting. Everyone enjoyed the merchant and the gift giving. It was fun gathering with friends new and old for the day.
Twilight Hall
The "Warm Winter Tales" event didn't really end up as sharing stories, but rather making them. That was a success in itself.
Silvergate Inn
Participants knew Elanthia very well for the "Where Am I Going?" event. Lady Katara will have fun places to retire now. If she retires.
The Order of the Sphere and Scythe
We can't have a festival without a game of "TIERS". Thank you for taking time to set up a few rounds for townsfolk to play. The whole room was having fun and enjoying jokes here and there while baubing their cards.
House of Paupers
Who loves anagrams? Okay, who DOESN'T love anagrams? Everyone who attended the "Winter Mix" event sure did. And were these smart cookies. Attendees were guessing these faster than I could think to myself. Icemule Trace should be proud townsfolk know the town well.
Beacon Hall Archive
Have you ever wanted to put together your own concoction of ales? BHA allowed those who attended "Fantasy Beers of Elanthia" to do just that. They had their top picks and these could possibly be turned into drinks in the future at their House.
Obsidian Tower
Winterfest took a break from the snow and cold and headed to Wehnimer's Landing to learn about the winter solstice to the Dhe'nar city of Sharath with "Winter in the Southron Wastes". Instead of celebrating the winter season, they celebrated the light that shines inside one another during this time. It was a fun learning experience if you don't know much about the Dhe'nar.
House Sovyn
The House that is known for making you eat candy, made everyone drink tonight instead with "Verino Veritas". They travelled Elanthia to find drinks that was fit for the Arkati. They brought samples of each back. They shared what Arkati would like what drink and had the attendees drinking so much, folks were getting drunk. That turned the entertainment up a notch. Thank you for showing us what drinks we should celebrate with each Patron.
The Winterfest Raffle Winners
Congratulations to you four and hope you enjoy your winnings.
Kasparaitis: a frosted glass coffee press etched with snowflakes
Marcise: a hooded icy blue velvet jacket with a lace-trimmed white satin pocket square (unlocked Fancy Coat)
Jebo: a long white fur-cuffed greatcloak (holds significant amount)

And last but not least....
Everyone Who Attended
We can easily have events, but it's the people who come to it that make it was it is. There was laughing, crying, sportsmanship, eating, drinking, dancing, and a whole bunch more... by all who took part.
